The House is Officially Ours!!!

Mark and I closed on our house yesterday!!!  So unbelievably exciting...and a little nerve-racking, it's definitely the BIGGEST purchase we've ever made!  After the closing, we went to the house with Mark's parents and they gave us such a sweet house warming gift, a gift card to HomeGoods (obsessed with that store) and an autographed picture of Gus Malzahn (War Eagle)!  As we walked around the house knowing that it was truly ours, I was beyond elated.  I wanted to scream "This is our property!"  "This is our deck!"  "These are our 80's themed powder blue and pink bathrooms!"  Wahooooooo!!!   Mark, however, was definitely feeling the stress of all the work we (mostly he) has to do before we move in at the end of July.  Stress or not, we are both thrilled to have a little piece of Vestavia Hills, AL to call our own :-) 

Renovation starts...NOW...It's Go Time!!!
